Divorce changes everything.
It's time to start planning for yourself.

Divorce is painful for the entire family, but does not have to be financially devastating. By planning before, during, and after the divorce with a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst™, an objective, thoughtful and equitable settlement can be achieved.

Divorce is one of the biggest transitions you will experience in your lifetime and if the financial settlement is not structured properly, trying to amend the settlement can be expensive to correct or possibly irreversible.  Make sure you get professional advice not only from a legal viewpoint but also from a financial prospective.

At The Bales Law Firm, we support our clients by clarifying the financial assets and liabilities in their marriage, helping them understand the pros and cons of the current situation, and illustrating the effects of proposed divorce settlements will have on the present and future financial situation for themselves and their children.

Your family deserves the fairest, most intelligent financial divorce settlement possible, which may bring you and your loved ones that much closer to a brighter tomorrow.
